Does anyone use ( or have you previously used ) squarespace which is a publishing system for creating and managing websites and blogs. I use it for my business website which you can look at at the link below. However one of the crucial features of the website is the forums, but i have recently found out that a number of people have not been able to post on the forums. I'm concerned people may also be having trouble using the contact facility. This may well be losing me business. Has anyone else had a similar problem. Not sure how to address it other than building a new website from scratch.

Appreciate any advice on this.
