I'd really apreciate some feedback and ideas maybe about what I'm doing right now, since many of you may be my potential clients.
Generaly I want to start a company that'll help foreign clients find the right company here in Ukraine to outsource to and maybe help them on the way (for free). First of all I'm developing kind of portal that'll have all the necessary recources like articles, guidelines about outsourcing to Ukraine, some laws extracts, a company directory ofcourse, company reviews, etc. I own a good local domain (outsourcing.com.ua) and generally I'm quite sure I can get it to top google rankings on keywords like "outsourcing to ukraine" etc (that'll make Ukrainian companies want to list on my directory). Besides an important event is going to be held in late October here called "Outsourcing forum", where I can go and talk personally to many of these companies CEOs. So generally I don't see much problems on this side of the ocean.
Cashflow. I wil have paid advertising and paid premium listings, however I see the most potential in providing something like free matchmaking services (free for foreign clients, paid for local companies). And that's where I have doubts. I talked to a friend in Boston yesterday about this and he said that folks in US will not trust me and that this won't work. He said I should take some responsibility. Maybe I should offer escrow services?
I really want this to be very client-oriented and actually helping my clients.
Now since many of you may be my potential clients, I'd really like to know what you think. Would you use machmaking services? Or would you at least be interested in this website? What should I do to make you trust me? What can I do to make it more interesting for you? etc. etc...
Any thoughts welcome.
