Some advice on this internet based business plan?

Hi guys,
I am from Holland, and here professional labour is very expensive, and students/kids often go around houses and do little household chores for some money.

Now i had the idea of creating a website, where people register. And when they want something to be done (example: to wash their car), they can post this. "Wash car for $20". Now i was thinking of using a geo program where it will pinpoint the location of this person on the map. People nearby who are interested in this will be able to contact the person who pasted the request and so get in touch. People will be able to perform searches for "jobs" based on a distance from their home.

What do you guys think of this? How could i set this up? And what advice can you give me?

Well the plan is good and could work out well but how do you plan to earn from this site? Will you sell paid inserts/classifieds or take a percentage of the job amount. If you take a percentage which is what the other similar sites do, you need to ensure a foolproof system where the seller pays you your commission and not deal with the buyer outside of the site once the first contact is made.

How would you monitize? Charge a fee for the potential customer's contact information? Sites usually use this marketing method when the site is new and doesn't have a lot of vendors. I've received a few for my approachnet.com site and also for a side project site elegantinvites.net I started. Good luck if you go with it.

Since comments were given about the biz model, I will say, isn't it unsafe for kids to use the site? Since a job involves involve meet-up with strangers.
