Hello,

Recently i've seen a flood of software conulting companies. I've also seen individuals place consultants at companies.

I wanted to find out how these individuals are placing consultants in companies? How does it work?

Does that individual who created xyz consulting firm, just put their company's logo on top of the consultant's resume and submits to openings?

How does this work? I'm curious because i've seen people that can hardly speak english doing this and i'm a guy with a master's degree and don't know where to start. I feel so dumb.
