I recently redesigned my blog (no I am not a designer) and was hoping to get some feedback on usability. Specifically, are there any particulars people think I should change?

it's ok..i wouldn't use it in it's current form though..
i've been using wilsonweb for this stuff for a while and your site isn't differentiated enough to make me switch
what you wanna change is your product attributes
the content is fine, but if you packaged the content into a month long coarse which guaranteed results, i'd find the content most useful
really, where you want to add value as a publisher isn't in offering content..there's way too much of that already, but getting your audience to act on this content and change their business practices
if you can put together an efficient, fun way of doing that, i'd find your site to be differentiated enough for me to find it compelling

Not really. When I look at the homepage my eyes kind of go funny. If you are using Wordpress then you might want to buy a theme from Elegant Themes.

If not, then try and get a colour scheme. My eyes are hurting!
