Small Business Grants?

Hi everyone

I'm starting my own business and trying to get as much capital to start as possible ( as any small business owner) and i'm looking for places that i can sign up for small business grants. A lot of places are either too time consuming or complicated to sign up for or i keep getting screwed around and sent to different people to talk too.

Well long story short, Im wondering if anyone knows any places where i can sign up for grant that wont take all the money i have already accumulated?

The best advice I can give you is to never, ever, under any circumstances pay fee's in advance in order to get a loan of any kind. Any grant process is by nature time consuming but can pay off, be very wary of "services" that say they will do the leg work for you as you will most likely end up paying for something that won't materialize. Thanks! I've been looking around and I actually found this company based out of Toronto that let me apply for a small business grant without a fee or anything. They were called Inceptive Solutions
I applied online and all i have to do is send in a business proposal and i could get up to 75.000 dollars...the woman said its kind of like a competition because other people enter in as well, but i'll out in October. I'm hopeful that this is legit because it was so simple to sign up for it....
Maybe anyone else on here could check it out too and let me know what they think! Thanks!
