Skype for business- is it any good?

Hi- we are looking into phone options for our new e-commerce business. We need something secure, that will always answer customer´s calls, includes call minder, forwarding options, last call etc... We´ve read about SKYPE FOR BUSINESS: i seems interesting, with handsets, desktop phones, etc... Is it reliable? Do you use it for your business? What are the pros and cons? We´d love your view as this is new to us...

I use Vonage (voice over IP) in my business. I also work for Vonage so I can definately hook you up on a lot of stuff. Insider tip: sign up for the unlimited RESIDENTIAL plan (25 a month) as opposed to the SMALL BUSINESS PLAN (50 a month but it includes a fax line). Fax lines are 10 a month. So if you want unlimited residential plan and a fax line its 35, with taxes its around 42. The small business plan with taxes is around 60.

No contract , works anywhere, anytime I get a voicemail it sends me a text message to my phone, and email with a .wav file so I can listen to it , or I can logon to my vonage online account and check it there. Has unlimited local and long distance calling , free calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the UK. Every single feature imaginable is included.

Did I mention No contract?
