    Skin care products

I'm thinking of possibly starting up a website geared towards selling products specifically for skin care. Can anyone with experience lead me to a direction where I can read a little bit more about this topic? My biggest concern is legal issues (especially that pertaining to if someone can sue me if they had bad reaction from the product since this sort of deals with health). Thanks!

    rawr,

you should find out about terms and conditions for you site to protect yourself as well as through your business formation (an LLC most likely).
should you need assistance, please call me. Our office charges a $50 initial consult (1/2 hour) and can tell you how much something of this nature will cost you and what is needed.

    good luck.
