Show investors you are serious

I understand it is important to show potential investors that you are dedicated to your startup. Since I'm in the stage of searching for startup capital, I figured I should put myself in a position where investors will see that I am willing to do whatever it takes to make this venture successful. So what are some ways I can do this without spending too much money?

This is what I have come up with so far...

Write a business plan
Invest your own money
Purchase web domain
Officially register your company with your state
Have a strong understanding of your market
Get a demo of the website up, if your are not capable of this draw up some plans or use photoshop to illustrate how your website would look

good start....showing initiative is the way to go....you have to almost present your idea or business as something that has potential to grow and is feasible
