I am starting a family entertainment center. It started out with just a youth center type thing and as I started talking to people about what they would like to see come to town I started to turn into a larger family enteratinemnt center. I do not have the funding to start this project and am looking at getting some grants so I was think g about dong a non profit but do not know a whole lot about what is need to do non profit. Will there be alot more paperwork and stuff or is it close the the same amont of work a partnership from what I have been told I would have to have a board of people to do non profit is us true? The main reason that I am doing this project is because there is nothing to do in my town except drink and drive and I want to give teens and adults a place to go where they can have fun without alcohol (Although I might have a night with alcohol unkonw yet). What are your thoughts on this. Should I go non profit or partnership what are the pros and cons. I have not done any research yet. Some friends and I where just talking about it and wanted to get some more input on what would he better.
