The first link in my signature is about ready to launch, I haven't done any marketting or advertising yet and I am about to put up a lot of content and products in the store.

The company was developed so we would have a direct outlet to sell our Pomegranate fruit to a national market, this way we are not limited to the local area where many families have one or two ornamental Pomegranate trees (but still eat them), and where our "major" outlet was Whole Foods who pays very little.

The problem is, we need a product that can be sold YEAR ROUND in our store. So while we want to sell our fruit, that is Novemeber - February typically. We can't expect people to just come to our site when we're selling fruit, we need a year round audience and that is what I am trying to build.

I have been contacting companies who produce Pomegranate drinks and products, and for example Izze, the soda company, is interested. They produce a Pomegranate flavored soda that would make a good addition to the store.

Now my question is, once we have juices and drinks available online too, what should I know about shipping these items? They can't break, spill, or anyhting like that during shipping. Any legality things I should know about?
