I want to know yall's experiences with outsourcing. Did you have trouble communicating whether it be time differences or language? Did you feel you still had control over your project? What type of project did you outsource?

I have done alot of outsourcing the last 2 years and have had alot of problems with freelancers. Everything from cultural differences to time differences.
The thing is that it takes time to build up a good relationship and understanding with a freelancer. Fortunately for me I now have an excellent development team working for me, and who we also offer to other companies.
Outsourcing is damn good, but there are alot of "scammers" out there too, so one has to watch out and be very careful when choosing and outsourcing partner.
