last night I saw in LA...some girls in bikinis were selling coffee...didnt catch much of it..but im sure they sell the coffee for a bigge profit (price as well)

so i was thinking...what product or service would sex not sell???

and what are some brainstorm ideas (new ideas) that we could come up with?

Wow. Isn't this kind of a little juvenile? He asked a weak question that has a wide range of answers so phil, you shouldn't get mad when you get a sarcastic remark. Maybe if you had made your question more specific you would have gotten a better answer but so many products use sex as a major selling tool that its impossible to give a definitive list for it.

Heh, sorry philv, that sort of leading question simple gets the comedy circuits firing in people's brains... You are absolutely correct, sex sells, as long as it's done in a way that doesn't promote public outrage.

On a related note, here's an article about the sexy barista topic you mentioned:

    can't think of anything

not a dumb question. unless you think discussing how to increase sales is dumb. nothing is dumb as long as it's intended to increase sales. that's just my opinion. i'll cover my product with gravy and wrap it in peatmoss if it increases sales.
i honestly cannot think of any industry where sex (yness) does not increase sales. Not every person would like it (bikini babe selling party-oriented funeral a'la Heff-meister) but more would than wouldn't i suspect.

i still dont think the question was dumb...nonetheless...apparently sex sells alot of products and it makes people alot of money...so if making money is dumb...then i guess the question was indeed dumb...

i was trying to get a topic started...which i did. some good answers

but yeah...mortuary might not work, unless the person getting buried loved sexy girls, and put it in his will that he wanted to be buried at mortuasexy

Actually, maybe not mortuary, but I've seen sexy ads being used to sell coffins. Seriously, here is a link to an Italian coffin-making company that made a "sexy" calendar ad:

    Solidsnake Designs - Awsome coffins

    Enjoy, LOL.

The answer, due to our biological wiring, is nothing.
