me and my uncle are trying to setup a call center in another country (we are in the USA)... anyone has any idea what legal things we need to take care of or anything that might affect us?

Well it might be a wise idea to contact a lawyer to help you on the legal sides of it
Contacting a reputable lawyer really is your only option here.

depends on what country are you thinking of doing that in. if its first world only or third world. I myself am working for a call center and am the Director, marketing here. we have outsourced our work to Philippines instead of setting up one myself. saves you money and all the effort!
Are you going to be in the country where the call center is so that you can manage it?
