Selling your own products to your employer?

    Hi Guys,

Just curious if anyone has done something similar and what procedure is usually taken within a corporate environment to input a new supplier into their system.(what sort of background checking etc)

Idea is pretty simple... establish a website(ecommerce), register a company and virtual office and drop ship someone elses products.

Ive done the math and some of the gear my employer is currently purchasing i could double my money and still provide cheaper products than current supplier. Its a win win.

    Thoughts?

That's a great move but don't get caught, that's sort of like insider trading or something. Best to also store all your stuff not at home but in a Columbus self storage or something like that and maybe under somebody else' name or something just to be on the safe side.

Have a friend for family member contact the supplier to find out if they will sell to you or if they allow drop shipping. Once you have that answer you can move forward. This is very common. In most cases though the supplier will not work with you unless you are placing major orders. Don't get ahead of yourself. The first step is to find out if you can establish the supply line. If you can send me a message I'll guide you through the next steps.
