Well I am only going to be getting commision - not the full amount of the profits. So I want to maximise my earnings in other ways.

Paying affiliates to get you more sales will only be good if their commission is paid from your dad's chunk - that's something you should work out with him. More sales, and slightly less commissions still usually equal more profit though - even if the percentage that goes to affiliates is taken out first.

    thanks for the reply,

do you think it would be a good idea doing the promoting side of affiliate marketing and redirecting people to other cheap websites selling products which are different to mine?

I would post add on products that don't conflict with your main products you are selling.

You seems to be hate your dad Why not then start to sell others products that are paying more commission at first place?

Hahaha i dont think your getting the point.

My dad wants me to sell cameras at a cheap price.
    So I will.

But then I will also promote people on clickbank that are selling other stuff that wont compete with my dad.

For many reasons it's always better to have your own product to offer. Rather offering your own or affiliates, make sure you have a good autoresponder in place. Follow up is key and when it's automatic you're free to do other money making activities.

u can open a shopping website. Buy a shopping website script upload all your products there. your product description and images should be perfect and clear. Then start promoting your website in diff ways as much as you can
