My question pertains to the automotive performance market. How much discount do retailers usually give you if you become one of their dealer affiliates?

Just asking out of curosity, why not consider wholesale purchase from the manufacturers or even dropshippers?

Yea, thats something I'm considering too. Should've added that to my question also. lol. So any idea what kind of discount can I expect from this?

Can't really answer for sure but with a majority of wholesale purchase straight from the manufacturer... the more you purchase, the more you save. I am going to shoot a rough estimate of saving anywhere from 40-50% per item (and up) depending upon how much is ordered.
