Selling my Small Business

I run a site that receives about 4000 visitors / day, makes about $8-10k per year, and has an active user base somewhere in the 50,000 range. While this site is very low maintenance and updates automatically, I'm interested in selling the site because I want to focus my full attention on new projects. What sort of price range would you folks recommend I seek for selling the site? How do you recommend I go about finding a buyer? Should lawyers be involved?
