Hi All,

I'm proud to say I just purchased 2 vacant plots of land rght next door to the Oprah Winfrey School in South Africa. The land is literally right next door to the school. The interesting thing is that it's rumoured that Oprah is building a holiday home within the school. So this has increased the overall value of the land drastically.

Imagine being able to live right next door to Oprah?!

How cool is that?

Any suggestion on how I can go about selling this land to international investors? Any help would be great, I'm even willing to allow who sells this to get a percentage of the profits.

That is pretty cool. She bought a very large parcel in Maui in the last few years too, but that real estate was already very valuable. Supposedly, she is building a spa/getaway home on the land in Maui too. Not sure how much time she'll spend in South Africa, but still a smart purchase to pick up the nearby land. I wouldn't sell it right away, but I would explore this by contacting international real estate agencies and letting them know what you have on your hands.

Hi Jpmorgan,

I've tried getting a old of international real state agents' and because they are not familiar with South Africa, they've all sort of declined. So I'm in a bit of a fix.

I know that this propoerty is valuable, but I just don't know how to get to interneational investors.

Anyone know someone who might be able to help?
