UK domains is different, you need forms and it cost 10gbp min to send each domain

I am not a lawyer or accountant so I can't say for certain, but I think as long as you were to claim any income you made from it on your taxes and the end of the year you shoudl be good.

Yes, this is true. After a certain amount of money is made, you have to pay taxes.
Other than getting an account with a Domain Buyers, Like Godaddy, or 1&1, thats it.
