Selling a Corporations Credit!!

When you sell a corporation, do you also sell its credit? (trade lines, cards etc etc)
If so,
How much value does good credit add to a corporation?

I can't imagine it would add that much value since most lenders will base their decisions on current financial statements not credit history.

but im not referring to the company's credit score...

How much value does, lets say $50,000 in trade lines, and a paydex score of 85 add to a corporation?
