Hi NK, a little more info:

Tutzu .com is currently targeted towards a gaming/entertainment audience with a simple game review currently up. I would like to keep the content electronic entertainment oriented. I will give full control of it to the partner, they are free to make it an informative site, profits from ad/affiliates, or a product store of some kind. I will loosely oversee it (to make sure it has nothing inappropriate added), but the partner will be the full manager, with complete creative freedom.

I will provide complete hosting for the partner, but the design/content element will be up to him/her. So minor knowledge of website development (even if you get a template of some kind) is a requirement.
