Hello, as the title says I'm looking for members to start a project. The project will be non-commercial, but it will generate just as much revenue as one. The project is non-paid, but when it starts generating revenue, income will be split equally. The important point of the website will be to provide users with information about <insert niche field here>. Revenue will be generate through the use of APIs such as Amazon, Ebay, etc. For example, we create a website which provides users' with information about 70s clothing i.e. we invite user's to write reviews of the clothing, rate clothing, and to (optionally) checkout the clothing on Amazon on our website (affiliation scheme).
The above project is just an example, although it does show my intention for the project I have in mind; we start with a niche market, and as the website grows in size and complexity we can branch out into further fields.
With the help of the PHP ZendFramework I can develop enterprise standard applications including:
Front-end and Back-end, database design and normalisation and client-side coding -- I've got skills coming out of my eyeballs and I'm eager to put them to use.
What I need is a someone who knows the ins and outs of business on the web, search-engine optimiser, and web designer, as these are my weakest strengths. The ability to communicate in laymen's terms about your field will be essential if we're to effectively work together.
I'm willing to sign a mutually agreed contract at any stage during the development and planning of the website, although I suggest not signing until we at least have a project skeleton.
I should also mention I'm a student and I will be working on this project in my spare time, but when the project starts taking form I'll free more time.
So, as I've mention I'm searching for: Business man, web designer, search-engine optimizer who can at least invest 2-3 hours perk week on the project.
If you're interested in the idea of a project (that will be a success) please let me know! You can contact by posting reply, sending me a message, or via my E-mail: michael[dot]t[dot]rich[at]gmail[dot]com. Please include your skills. and don't lie, it'll show!
Kind Regards,
Mike
