Seeking investor. Very profitable oppurtunity

Hi I'm looking for an investor to be my partner for an android game that will make a lot of money. I've thought of a game I want to create for android, I Am going to have one of the best android game development companies create my game, they will basically take my game to the next level and do a really good job, they will put lots of detail and key aspects into the creation of my game to make it the best it can be. Similar games with the same concept have over 250,000 downloads. I plan on charging 1.00$ for each download. We will get over 250k in the first year, there are already 200 million android users and that number is growing 550k every day. The company really believes my game will be a money maker, and they are just waiting for me to provide them with the funds so they can begin the project. After the game is complete it will be on the android market and everyone with android phones will be able to download it. Now, to make even more money and increase sales I will have my game on the Amazon app store also, so anyone with a computer will be able to go onto Amazon and download my game from the app store. I plan on making lots of money with this game, and if I could find the right investor I am willing to give them an appropriate percentage of all future revenue.

I don't understand why the game developement company needs money from you to start the writing of the game scripts. Maybe I'm just reading this wrong and confused, but that seems odd to me.
