I am looking for a serious investor to work with me in my new business venture. Entering the Media/Internet/Sales Industry at a local level this opportunity offers high growth potential with initial investment being returned within one year, however I am offering a 20% stake in the business.

This was not the route I intended however due to the current economic climate this is the only way forward.
