Seeking advice on how to grow my idea w/ colleges

So as the thread title says, I'm looking for anyones advice on how I can grow my website and specifically how to partner with colleges. My website offers 'internship reviews', it is basically a rate my professor type site but for internships. It does stress that the reviewer be comprehensive though, so you don't just read someones review that says-- question:how was it? answer: good.

With that said, the site is free, runs contest and also has some advice for interns. In my mind the site is very valuable tool for college students. Besides the obvious question of how do I make this site popular! (i'm all ears if you wanna chat about it) I think partnering with college career centers would help. How can I convince them to send their students to my site? I'm in no position to pay them...anyone care to share some thoughts?

you can create a presentation and call up a college career centre and pitch them the idea. let them know of the positives of sending their students there. tell them that tudents will be exposed to reviews of previous students and get a better understanding of whats out there. maybe you could also create a CONTACT ME feature, that would allow reviewers to choose whether or not to be contacted by students maybe looking to ask any more questions.

you could also go to employers and tell them to send their interns to the site and spread the word about the business, so that the business can attract more competitive emloyees

This sounds like a good idea, but keep in mind that there are far more employees than employers, and so many employees may not have the option of picking and choosing who their employers are.
