Search Engine Cloaker??

I am considering buying this software called the search engine cloaker I am sure that most of you are going to tell me this software will get me banned by google etc, however I am willing to take this risk.

Question: Does software like this or other SEO software work with promoting parked ppc domains, such as www.wikiwideweb.com?

If not can any one suggest a program that will help with traffic and if possible a more legitimate one.

I know a lot of people who use this software and if you know what your doing and stay up with it than it can be very profitable.

so I take it from your response, this software can optimize parked domains that have absolutely no content and only sponsored ads?
