Safe Dice - how's this new product idea?

Safe Dice is a set (two to five) of dices sealed inside of a transparent container.

Safe Dice pervents choking hazard, cheating or dice missing, save room and save time during gaming.

A pic is at Safe Dice

    Thanks for feedback!

Sounds like a great idea. Makes for rolling the dice a lot easier too. Don't forget to have great payment options along with your great biz idea! Card processors like PLDT Swup PLDT SWUP are a great addition, if you plan on selling this offline.

I think that is an excellent idea, what if you were to put them into a transparent ball. Or have both for instance, great idea. I will buy one! Steve

This will appeal mainly to mothers who wish to avoid having their children choke on dice. However, they won't be able to put them in board games because the dice container is too big to fit into board game boxes. It's a good product but it might not work. Good luck though.

The idea is good but the corners do not look safe.

    Thanks for all the feedback.

The coners will be round in real product. The prototepy is built by using meterial in hand to show the concept.

The size could be smaller to fit game box, smaller dices in smaller sace. Put regular dices and safe dice both in the game box, players could choice.

Maybe use soft transparent case with air presure to support its shape, like a transparent ball with dices inside.

The case will not be openable. Unless you like to eat dices inside.

    Have a great new week!

Don't make them too small, because then you'll have the problem of kids swallowing them again. You'll need to design them to be small enough to fit in game boxes, but not small enough to fit into the mouths of children, which will be difficult.

Who are you selling the product too?? Counsumer or companies that sell board games. Have you thought about incorporating a spring like the game trouble had. Might make it abit more interesting.

Simple, but smart idea. I'd like to see the Safe Dice for Yahtzee...

I agree with others in that it may be difficult to really market this to board games, since it will only appeal to a particular demographic and the size factor.

Any chance of thinking electronically with this idea? Takes the fun out of rolling, but it would be more universally applicable, and size shouldn't be an issue. Only problem is that taking six-sided touchable die out of board games is probably like McDonald's dropping hamburgers.

Why not use a round flat box, like 1" high 3" diameter?

The space is enough for dice to mix up and it can fit in a game box?
