I think it looks good, Could you explain your business model to me if you dont mind?
I have done and will be doing something similar, and I was curious as to how you went about it?
Did the advertisers pay you a minimal fee?
Or what?

Our revenue model is the sale of advertisement in the city of Fresno/Clovis. We charge 4,000 for each ad by our sales person and then distribute the book to 100,000 local homes...its working great, but looking to ad mobile marketing to it really soon...

Very clean and easy to understand web site! You have smartly not crammed it from top to bottom giving it a classy look. Like your graphic of the also classy lady with shopping bags.

However you may have a hard time with your price range for ads. Why not offer a Special Get Acquainted price?

We actually got those prices. The book was launched last year, and we will be launching our second book in February. It's actually really cheap compared to different advertising mediums and there distribution.
