    Hello everybody,

I had been gone from YE for a while, I am a Sophomore in college ( 19 years of age) majoring in Finance currently. I have been a member on this site ever since I was 16 and have met a lot of young and ambitious teenagers who I still keep in contact with. Since I started college I feel like I have lost my ambition and desire to create my own business. I feel like I am just going with the flow and just want to finish college and get over with it, then move on to graduate school and possibly work for a company for a few years then start off my own business. I am not sure as to why this has happened to me, I have not lost interest in business, but it is not the same as when I was 15-16. Maybe my outlook has changed not really sure what has happened? Anyone else has had similar experiences?

    I understand mate,

In school they teach you how to work in 9-5 jobs, not running your own business!

You have time in college to do what you want to do, start your business now! Get that passion flowing again! Is it your aim to live an average life?

After you finish graduate school you might even start a family, starting a business is gonna be more difficult then.

I don't think you should wait for the right opportunity to start a business, just do it!

Try seeing a better perspective of what you can do NOW, and worry the consequences later. You should have that passion, that drive that will really rev you up to pursue your dream. I suggest you pursue a degree in college, and think of things that may be helpful for your business. And while you're at it, try your best to learn some stuff that may have something to do with your business.

Take each momentous event as an opportunity, grab it by the neck, and GO FOR IT.
