Retail Clothing start-up costs

Im am thinking of starting a high end clothing shop and i am wondering if anyone knows the approximate cost of just murchandise for a store of around 1000-1200sq ft. I know the price of the clothing matters but i would like to have a rough idea of how muich of a loan i should get. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
