Registering my business = how to?

Hi guys, I do freelance web graphic design - been doing for last 3 years now and now I want to register myself officially as a company

How do I do this?

How much will it cost me and how long does it take?

On Google, are these type of websites bogus? -

I set up my own ltd company about 6 weeks back using a company that has been established for over 15 years,they do various packages but the one i finally went for was there top package and this was setup and registered straight away and i use there office facilities down wales for company post etc.Prices vary if i remember from about £55 to the top one £115 but they do everything and you will recieve all the company documents within a few days.I have no connections with this company only a happy customer if you want details PM and i will send them over to you.
