I am setting up a LLC up in Florida (business 100% online) and will not have a physical office, expect my apartment, but I'm not there during business hours, I'm at my other job. My dad owns a business and says I could put him as my RA, but when I look online all of these RA services offer instant notification, Deadline reminders, etc.

1. I was wondering is it worth the $99-$140/year for the services?

2.Which is a excellent provider online? Any experiences,recommendations,those to avoid???

I will not pay more than $150 a month.
