    Question Registered Agent Service

    Last year around this time, I set up my LLC with InCorp, it cost me about $350. (This was before I learned I could set it up directly with the state for only $100 )

    A Few weeks ago, they sent me a $99 bill to continue the Registred Agent Service...I'm just wondering what will happen if I don't pay? Will my LLC be terminated?

    you could always change your registered agent, it doesn't necessarily have to be a company and you don't have to be with that particular company.
