    Talking Reformed Metro is launched.....finally!!!

Yes, it has only taken 13 and a half months.......but finally, my first 'real' business is up and running, after many, MANY hurdles. Delays, changes, failed partnerships, procrastination, lack of motivation, and several thousands of dollars have delayed the launch of this project by far too many months, but it has finally come to fruition.

I know what you're going to say. What is Herbie doing starting a tshirt website? That was so last year, even two years ago! Well, when I got the inspiration to start it, the market was hot!

The plan is to concentrate on business and building a brand here in Australia and adopt the Threadless approach and get submissions for designs and build a thriving community. Although it may seem I have missed the boat by a couple of hundred light years, I feel I can still pull it off.....do you?

    Here's for trying

    ARE YOU A REFORMED METRO?

The site design is really cool..I think 13 months is a hell of a long time to lose, but Id say you can definitely cathc up on the competition. Those t-shirts are really cool. Did you come up with the designs? Whats a "reformed metro"?

Nice site I like your work. Do you offer any bulk prices as my company is will be promoting one of our websites with T-shirts. We have contacted a couple of t-shirt printers but have had no reply yet. I would much rather give a start up business an opportunity as I remember what it was like to get my business going.

We would be looking at 25 to 50 Ts per order and would order possibly each month. The Ts will be given away as promotional items although it seems to be hard to give stuff away online...even money...go figure...but these Ts will be sent to nightclubs we work with to help promote our unique pixel site and also offer one free T to advertisers on our website...its all about promotion and in order to be successful you have to spend a little to make a little

Also do you charge extra for custom designs? As we will need an extremely eye catching design for these Ts. Let me know what you can do for us and maybe we can do some business together. I am sending you a PM with our company email and phone number.

    The site is down...

A reformed metro is a reformed metrosexual. A metrosexual is a guy who dresses nice and owns lots of hair care and skin products and might even go get manicures. He exhibits some "gay" characteristics, but hey, ladies like us.

What site did you use to place your t-shirt images on the models? It appears that they're digitally inserted (albeit done well) - just curious what service you used.

Tell me about it. I came up with all the slogans myself and then l had a graphic designer do the designs, with my help.

Well, as stated by YouDidWhat, a 'metrosexual' is a guy who cares ALOT about his looks. You could say that a Reformed Metro is between a metrosexual and a hetrosexual.

All of the photos are actually real, done with some of my friends who modelled for me. I got a pro-photographer to come in and do it.

I've designed over 150 t-shirt designs but I'm assuming you want to stay with the Reformed - Metro theme? If so I can try to design themes geared toward this.
For all others - If you need a customized t-shirt design please pm me. I also print on t's by way of a heat press/ transfers.
