recommend a minisite creator

I currently have no time (and truthfully little money) to invest into building out the 20+ domain names that I own. I have heard of things called 'minisite creators' that create simple, yet effective starter websites (prime example is SerialEntrepreneur's WeddingTuxedo.com website). The sites would include articles, space for adsense/affiliate links, etc. I saw one on Youtube that you literally put in the subject as keywords and it automatically creates the html pages with pre-populated info. You simply upload it to your host and you are live.

Do you guys know what I am talking about, and if so, can you recommend one?

Hello! I've made countless websites since age 13 and the best way for me was to find good web templates and edit/customize them to what i wanted. Then use dreamweaver to edit them.

There are also many good website creators depending on what kind of website you want to create. In my own experience however i've found that the quality of the site plummets when i used a website generator.

Another downside for me was the massive amount of time it took to build the websites. I remember one of my most favorite websites was thebestiphoneapplications.com which i started before the iphone apps even came out. It took nearly two months to put together and i still had holes! And btw i didn't have any money to invest either.

Muledog, the types you are referring to end up with considerable duplicate content. I have dozens, probably hundreds of ready to load sites you add your AdSense account number, etc. to and you are off and running. Each has dozens of niche specific keyword rich articles list and accessible by the site's menu.
