    Real Estate Rendering Service

A pretty basic idea of supplying exterior renderings to realtors who are trying to find a vision when developing a piece of land. There is no lisence needed to supply renderings. What does everyone think and any advice would be appreciated.

Do you have experience in the area, or the equipment to do so?

There are a thousand things to determine whether or not it is a good idea. Is there a market for it near you, or is there much competition?

I would have thought developers have their own people to do these sorts of things already, how can you muscle into the market?

I have the computer and software to provide renderings. In the area I am at, there are 7 realtor's office within a 5 mile radius. Many of the realtors in the area are owners/agents, and operate on a shoe string budget when developing property. I also have to tools to provide marketing tools such as newsletters, postcards, etc.
