Real Estate License?
Hey,

I'm looking for opinions on working as a Real Estate agent on the side? I think I know Real Estate pretty well, and would be interested in working REO's and building a giant inventory of listings. I know the real estate market isn't that good right now, but I imagine that could also be an advantage as current Realtors are leaving the profession at record numbers leaving more business for me.

Any opinions appreciated,

You mean as an Investor right?

What are your opinions on how I (assuming I'm as capable as I think I am) could do as an agent right now though?

Id advise you to become an investor first before you become an agent, it will give you a better understanding of real estate and make you much more money as an agent.

yes learn the ropes first and whynot make some extra cash on the side...also look into tax lien investing as you can get extraordinary returns.
