Hello everyone, I'm sort of new to YE. I thank everyone for posting information, asking questions, and giving suggestions on this site b/c I take in lots of good info. from here.

Are there any real estate knowledgeable people in here? Everyone knows real estate is a hot market now (some may disagree) so I want to try and jump in this field. Everyone sees those John Beck Free & Clear RE System and it really gets you hyped to make a quick buck. I know real estate can be a risky industry but I'm ready to take chances. Does anyone know how to buy homes from foreclosures (spending as little money as possible)? I have several thousands to spend so I need to use the "John Beck" method first. I looked at past threads from 2003 but wanted to see if anyone currently here had experience with this industry.

I've done research on this subject and know that county courts and this other web site (forgot the name) have listings of home forclosures.

Can anyone provide me with step-by-step instructions from finding a home to selling that home using least money as possible?

I'm not looking to disagree, simply to make a note.

Careful when using Carleton Sheets, he encourages high-high-risk methods that may not work for you. Not to say that they don't work for anyone, but just as a heads up. Remember, he makes his money off of the tapes, not so much the houses anymore.

But if you're getting into real estate, make sure you know the related laws. Very very important

Hey Matt, I know a fair amount about real estate. Ill be in Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton Thursday and Friday. We might be able to discuss some ideas if your around.

It's also advisable to look for a Civic Association website or Blog that is local, or somewhat local. If you can find either they will generally have forums (on the C.A. site) and may have listings for foreclosures.

Read Up as well, it will definatley help after you make your first couple moves.
