READ ME - What is next for me

I'm trying to figure out what is next for me. I started as a young entrepreneur selling high priced shoes on ebay becoming a power seller at age 16. So I've done the ebay thing. Then went into flipping cars with my friend. I love real estate. I have some rental properties that give me a okay income.

My "steady" job is an audio engineer. Basically I can do pre/post production for anything that has to do with audio.

I have about 100,00$ in savings that I'm willing spend.

Looking to start a business. Or go into a turn-key business. As well as maybe an investor if the result is promising.

I'm open to anything that makes money. What would you guys do with 100k ? Whether I'm the brains of the operation, or the INVESTOR.

What would you guys do ?

100k maybe invest it in an iphone app or put some in the stock market but its a risky move unless you know what you are doing.A liquor store cost about 80k to 100k to open up.There are so many ways to invest that amount of money.
btw, was the selling car for profit thing hard or was it easy, plz explain because am thinking of doing something like that?
