Raising money for software project..

I am trying to come up with ways to raise money for an upcoming software project. I wanted to get some ideas. I am trying to sell my assets off as I believe in my project. I won't take out loans or anything crazy like that. I want to work for it so its more meaningful.

i think that you are limiting yourself by eliminating leverage

I dont want to eliminate leverage but with the strict credit terms and all. I don't see any banks giving me credit or getting a loan anytime soon. How are you chuff?
