I cant speak specifically on the forum advertiser, but all comperable sites are a joke at best. Gobig, funding universe, etc.
You need either an introduction or to pick up the phone and start calling, just mention you talked to them about six months ago on the china deal. Make sure any list you buy is scrubbed against the national DNC. Also make sure it's clean with no regluators and known strokes.
