what do i need to buy from wholesalers
Do i need a business certificate or something. they all ask for a special number or something like that, where do i go to obtaine one?

TAX ID, I think is all you need to buy from wholesalers.

You need a tax id number. They are very easy to get, just go to the irs website (not sure of the exact address) All you have to do is fill out the form for a tax id & you get it as soon as you sumbit the form. And it's free.

IRS is the Internal Revenue Service. The people you pay taxes to. I thought they were everywhere.

After you register a UK Company you will obtain your tax ID

so i would have to register as a UK company, to obtain a tax ID, what if i just want to sell on ebay, wholesale products, do i have to reg as a uk company

if so where i get these forms from.

In Spain I just had to go to the tax office with my ID and they issued me a Tax number

You don't always need this number. I've run into many wholesalers that don't require it.

but people like d&h require it, and i feel its more safe/secure as i don't know of many wholesalers, if you would like to send me some that don't require it would be great:P

You will almost always need a FEIN, Federal Employee Identification Number. This can easily be obtained by filling out form SS-4 by the IRS. However, often times wholesales will require additional information from you, such as past invoices, sales orders, or additional proof that you have a business that actually exists.
