Questions aboug a biz opp

I have been looking into the idea of providing temp. office space for small businesses. I was curious to know if anyone was familiar with this type of business or knew of any that are currently successful doing this.

With the boom of businesses being started at home, I am seeing a need for conference rooms, places for presentations, lunch meetings, etc. to be used on a temp (hourly, daily, weekly, etc.) basis. Anyone who has any insight, feel free to pm me.

While I was in London for a year, I saw a great busines model that had huge margins in this area.

Basically, instead of renting a room they rented a desk. So it was a big cubical environment where you can rent a desk at a monthly fee or buy 40-100 hours of desk time. They charge 500 pounds a month for one cubicle. They had upsales on the meeting rooms and phone lines.
