Question to any full-time ebay sellers.

A large (The largest) section of my Income portfolio is selling on ebay. And as you know, if you're selling 200-300 items per month, your ebay business may feel more like a J-O-B. I deal with shipping, returns/exchange , customer service, inventory, cost analysis, suppliers.. the whole thing. This can be very time consuming and although ebay is my main bread winner, I've been working on other more passive streams of income "Internet marketing".

What i've been finding is that the more and more my passive stream grows the more and more I just want to STOP selling on ebay all toegether. I invest about 30 horus a week into ebay (too much).. and I get tired of the customer service aspect. eBay for me started out as my friends betting I couldnt make money on ebay.. 5 years later I'm doing very well...

So my question is, Do any of you full time ebayers have a hired staff to handle anything? If so how do you do it?

If I could outsource several things it would be:
    1) Customer service
    2) Creating new listings.
    3) Inventory , Packaging.

If I could free up some time, I could easily increase my revenue by another 50% but just the thought of that without any help is demotivating.

My fear is that once my Passive streams of income surpasses my ebay revenue (within the next 5-6months) then I will just want to weed out ebay all together.. but the thing is, it's a solid stream of income and I would almost be stupid not to.. but as you can tell from reading this post I'm at a constant war.

I want to live my life the "Four hour work week" way!!

    Thanks in advanced!!
