Question on setting up an LLC in New Jersey
I havent registered my company name yet. Will setting up an LLC (which I believe is $125) set that up? or is registering my name separate?
Is registering my company name the same as a dba?
Basically, I want to know all the costs, time and process for starting up an business in NJ.
