Question about receiving payments though a phone call or text message?

If I own a website which sells 'points' which can be used to redeem things in the shop, as an alternative to Paypal, I want to know how I can set it up so that people can simply send a text message to a business number, and the money comes out of their phone balance, and they receive the points to their account on the site.

How would I go about setting up such a phone line? Is there website/services that explain/proivde this feature?

Most of the bill to phone services require a certain type of business not knowing what your selling here's something you can check out to get an idea and use as a starting point w.bill2phone.c. (sorry cant post links yet) There are quite a few company's that offer the bill to phone service so you shouldn't have a problem finding others.

I believe you need to tie up with a mobile payment gateway for this. There are many companies including paypal who are moving into mobile payment business now.
