    Question about legality of reselling?

Suppose I have the license to use any of the NCAA schools logo's\names. I want to silkscreen a bunch of t-shirts and resell them. Suppose I use Haynes white t-shirts. Does anyone have any info on the legalities of using their t-shirts and then reselling them?

I'm sure Haynes has no problems with you marketing their shirts for them. To the best of my knowledge there is no legal issues with doing this.

Actually alot of screen printing printers will actually print them onto Haynes shirts because they are one of the cheapest. So they use them

There are no legal issues with printing on a brand name. Unless you don't have a resale certificate and aren't paying taxes.
