In the DBA Form there is a section asking about entities interested in the business. I wonder if the entities refered to are prospective lending agencies or what. Also I need to find out what is considered an organizing jurisdiction.
Based on the information you provided, I would assume that the first section ("asking about entities interested in the business") is asking for owners of the business, be they individuals or businesses. I would assume that the second section ("organizing jurisdiction") refers to the state in which the business is organized. However, for legal advice, consult an attorney or just make a simple phone call to your Secretary of State.
