Question about CPM ad networks...

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a site that averages 2.5M page views a month and so my question is, realistically how much money per month can I make, if I will monetize those page views using a CPM ad network?!

What are the current CPM rates? Who would you recommend as a good, high-paying CPM ad network?

Please advise!

P.S. If I have say three ads on the site does the ad network count CPM for each of those ads seperately or are they counted as one? If they are counted as one, does it mean I can use three different ad networks to monetize the three ads?!
